Hi
After one of my windows did not work at all anymore, I too out the seal and gave it a good clean and sprayed it wit silicon. I also lubricated the window mechanics. The window goes down pretty fast now, but up is still pretty slow (I also cleaned the contacts in the switch, previously). I reckon this is because although the rubber is clean now it has hardend.
I tried a google search, but there does not seem to be a way to get the rubber soft again.
The cheapest price for new rubbers I could find online was £55 per window. Does anyone now if a cheaper supplier?
Cheers
Gilbert
