LC200 front blower

I have a problem with the front interior blower. It seems to blow less strong and sometimes it makes a strange noise. It started over the winter when it was -35 degrees celcius. I suspect that the front blower is failing. Anyone know if it is difficult to replace?

Most likely that the pollen filter is blocked, no idea where it is but if it hasn't been changed it makes a big difference, Google cabin filter or pollen filter.

@cavanmick: thanks!! It was indeed full of dust and other stuff. I live in East Russia and don't have the means for extensive maintenance...
at the same time feel a bit silly... just clean the interior filter. Well it did the job! Thanks again.
