Hi mate

that looks incredible, without the body how much do you think it cost?

With engine, gearbox, E-lockers not including my labour close to 30k, chassis is galvanise and all bolts are SS, as is the 3" exhaust which is 316 stainless.

There's 5 years of passion in that project and it shows. Whatever the money, I would be hard pressed ever to sell it, it would be like selling one of the kids!

A beautiful job through and through. Being greedy, are there any "before & during" shots perhaps?

Hi mate

can do part exchange, you can pick from any of my family members

Giles

Giles, I have really enjoyed doing this build, the technical stuff keeps ones mind active. I have all the parts (just waiting on the fibreglass body to be built) to do another which I will start in the new year. Having done one the second should be under a 12 month build. The engine is around 200 hours work and I want to have a Christmas break and just enjoy the beach & fishing with the 40 I just finished.

mate i need to move, go to the beach in the Uk around Christmas and you will get very wet/cold, could get swept away, and if its after 3pm in the afternoon you better take a torch.

I might be really interested in asking you to build one for me if that would be good for you, i wouldn't want a body as I would fit an aluminium one but only after I had got the car UK registered, take a look at the link if you not seen them before

Yeah I know of the Aqualu bodies but aluminium is not the best for a beach vehicle, this is my domain.

Beach is around 50 miles long from river mouth to light house.

You are a very lucky man, I am a big beach fan and that looks pretty perfect. If you built your truck for the beach then I guess it has very soft suspension, what is it like on the road on a bend, does it roll much? And let say you where prepared to build one for me could you set the suspension so it stays firm and flat in the corners at speed just because it is unlikely i will take it off the road, and I there are no beaches near me you can drive on

Any body else want him to leave after posting a picture of where he lives.. gutted that looks amazing and your very lucky to be there. Why do you say some of the parts are ceramic a little confused by this to be honest.

Giles we has weston super mud and brean you can drive on!
