4.2D performance

Hi all. I encountered a problem with my bakkie. It went for its 150 000km service last week and now it doesn't want to go faster than 130km/h, I took it back yesterday but Toyota can't figure out what is wrong. We checked the timing, filters took of the snorkel and blanked of the EGR. Can someone please help me with the problem. Regards Thomas

Is there a fuel strainer/filter in the fuel tank accessed from a panel in the rear floor like the 80 series?
