Looking very bleak with the lack of water there nsd. Quite a serious situation when the city which depends on this source finds that the water tap stops running.
When it freezes here the water goes solid with ice .... same situation "no water" and during a hot summer the water spring dries up relative to the water table level..
Goes to show that over the two extremes too hot or too freezing... it's very important to have running water.
