Have you asked the question on the Ozzie Lcool.org forums?
Lots of Gturbos on there with Unichips.
1000Nm at all 4 wheels is not uncommon so it can be made to work.
The original Toyota heads were made in China (at least the units sold in Australia were).
Mate of mine is a diesel fitter in the mines here and has a reputation as the 'go to guy' for 1KZTE repairs in QLD. When I bought our 90 he showed me a stuffed head that he had run through a bandsaw. I was...
Not so!
Technically its illegal but I don't know of anyone who restores the system at our rego time.
I have a 90 and 100 with EGR removed and no vent holes drilled anywhere. Simply block it off forever.
I think you'll find most countries make it illegal to vent any crankcase type gases into the...

Alternatively, have you tried a wrecker? I'll bet 95% of...

massive amount of local info on 200's. Its a free forum but you'll have to register to use. Someone there will know for sure.
Is there a specific reason why you want to reconnect it?
Info from Toyota suggests the heater is only there to satisfy pollution requirements, most of which occur at switch on. The heater is only turned on for a few seconds so its certainly not pre-heating the air charge for Siberian starts...
