finally saw where you are. I can source the air duct you need if you are happy to do a swap for the ac.
I am based sometimes in warwick, so not too far away.
I would be interested in the ac pipes in the engine compartment too.
My truck is meant to be used in 35 deg temperatures, so I want to try and set up the ac.

where are you based?
I would be interested in the underdash ac unit. its a swap job with the hollow plastic tube that is seen in the non ac geared trucks, can be removed without taking the dashboard out.
You can find rubber bungs to cover the two holes in the firewall.
