Looking for a Landcruiser 200 series in need of work. Wrecked engine/ body damage, ect. Anything considered.

Pin 3 should be between 9 - 14v. Between VG and ground should be 0.2v -4.9 v with engine running.

If it helps. You probably just need the six plastic plugs / blanks plus bolts. Pictures are from my two this morning

In the UK the VX model normally has the factory roof rack. The GX has no roof rack but has plastic strips with blanking plugs above the bolts. Suggest you search for the roof strips for a GX from a breaker. This puts it back to Toyota spec and keeps the water away.

The battery light should be bottom left corner and oil light bottom right just of center. I have dug some more this morning and have found a controller and junction instrument box 82791-60010 above the radio. I think this is the junction conector in the wiring diagram but don't have a pin out...

My Cruiser has a Voltage gauge and oil gauge. Along with a Battery charge light and low pressure oil light. My battery ,oil and water in fuel filter drain water light are not coming on when I turn the ignition on. When its running its charging and I have oil pressure.

uHu. Thanks for the diagram. I did check the 10 amp fuse this afternoon. The pin out is completely different. I do suspect it could be something in the kick panel that is the issue. Do you have the oil warning light diagram?

Could anyone give a recommendation on brake down cover for an 80 series in the UK My lot wont cover me now as they tell me the car is to old at 20 years? Most don't seam to cover past 15 years old. Mainly used as a road car. May pull a trailer now and again. Thanks

Is you new block from Landcruiser or hilux surf? Dipstick on exhaust side = LC. Dip stick on inlet side = Surf. landcruiser is the the same. Surf block needs to have LC dipstick tube fitted to exhaust side and original hole blanked, the block also needs to be drilled and taped for oil pick up...

Hi Paul. I may have missed something in your thread if i have just ignore me. Have you found the original cause of your coolant loss? If not Might I suggest you find some way to pressure test the water jacket of your block and head before you start to spend money on the engine.

Forgot Temp sensor should be 2 to 2.9 Kohm at 20 C. Make sure to keep the wires correct when joing up. I to 1, 2 to 2 and 3 to 3.
