Hi there just doing water pump and belt replacement. On my 1kzt engine out of my kzj70 and aligned cam shaft pulley up and the fuel pump pulley but checked to make sure crank pulley is aligned aswell and it’s not.... it’s about 25degrees our has any one got any ideas on why and what could I do...

Well put a new alternator on a couple of weeks ago purchased from milner offroad and went out sunday few lanes locally quite boggy any ways now all the lights are on on the dash and it's not charging judging by the voltmeter. Obviously has new brushes in it but what else could have happened??

Can I just do away with load valve and put a T piece in instead of it?? As I'll never load it up always empty....?

Ok few maybe silly questions... Fuel pump tweak how and where??? does the motor do same speed ish as the 2.4? How do you adjust boost on turbo and nah other tips maybe to increase the power alittle?

My lj70 2.4 is losing water from some where causing an air lock very sort of two months or so which goes in noticed until I drive over 60mph which is when the temperature goes up to the red but not into the red. Any info on this would be great thanks kindly
