Coolant turned green cos my mate put some dye in trying to see if it's leaking for the loss of coolant, no sign of oil on both engine oil and atf dip stick, the bottle was cleaned again about 2 weeks ago so not showing to much sludge but u can see the residual there of slow build up again

if its just Head or head gasket gone, overheating, breaking down, boiling over, then at least u know what u dealing with, shes driving fine, no overheat, no loss of power, thats annoying

yea about an inch in the bottle, not in the rad, which is not a huge amount, but still, it has never boiled over, never overheated and the temp gauge seems sensitive before i changed the faulty fan clutch, temp goes up to 3/4 when i rev her high on motorway with power mode on, and temp stays...

so sorry for late reply, its oil + sludge, not copious amount but enough to float and stick to the rubber tube in the expansion bottle, theres also mayonnaise under the rad cap, bottle drained, washed, refilled, then oil sludge comes back in about a wk time to accumulate, since i noticed this...

hi guys, i have a 96 4.5L 80 series, starting to see small amount of creamy stuff under my rad cap, done an oil change, no sign of coolant in the oil, no overheating or loss of power so far, actually its behaving even better after the terraclean i had few months ago, better power and better MPG...
