I had similar problem on a shogun,clicked when tried to start but jump started fine,got a auto electrician out and turned out to be the battery terminal losing a couple of amps between terminal connector and battery even though it was tight and clean,replaced with new one fine after,worth a try...

Another way for them to put your insurance up as though we don't pay enough as it is.

My mini did same thing Shayne,put new belt on and bang on now buddy,worth a try if you haven't changed them as the rubber might of hardened and not gripping properly

It's the full width but it's actually shorter than it looks in the photo,been looking at bigger wheels for it but got to sort rear drums out as they do wider drums instead of fitting spacers,il put some more photos up tomorrow as in peaces at mo as had to re-wire it all today as nothing...

Got to agree with you there Shayne,sold my Lc for a Volvo full Volvo history engine blows up on way home due to it putting diesel in with the oil some how,landcruiser (my Bertha )never a problem and a hell of a lot more miles by far.

Bought mine full Volvo service history and only 130,000 and the bloody turbo went which took out the engine at the same time,so had to fit a new turbo and engine:rage: now that would be only just run in on a 95 series:angry-banghead:

No bought a Volvo :icon-rolleyes: but got offered the Vectra very cheap so sorted it out cleaned it up and sold it today as you do.

fitted alternator to Vauxhall vectra 2.2 16v Sri today,had to remove engine mountings to jack engine up to get it out and remove air box along with loads of other stuff,why don't they make them easy access :rage: gave it a quick clean after as it had never seen polish in its life
