if its engine mounts wont it do it in N and P ? been told of a friend it could be something to do with the torque converter but not a clue

can be driving all day and it still will do it but like i say it seems to pick and choose , it can be smooth but more often then not its pretty shaky

recently bought my Toyota in August . had new high pressure fuel pump and timing belt fitted 1month ago . Just wondering what the vibration is when im at light and in drive sometime can be quite shaky and sometimes can be smooth any idea thank .
