Thanks for the reply. Sadly terminals 4(CG) & 13(TC) of the OBD don't have wires to them so I can't get trouble blink codes. I am also leaning towards the injection pump but its an expensive guess to get wrong so I was hoping someone else had had the same problem.

Please help. Has anybody had and cured the same issue. My 1998 101 Amazon starts misfiring and smoking at at around 3000 RPM. It goes into limp mode over about 2000 RPM when under load. It's worse when warm, any slight incline and the engine management light comes on and the power is reduced.
