Yes, a little engine shake on shut down. I'll live with it. No fault codes. I've blanked the erg and fitted a oil catch-a-can, it has kept the intercooler and trottle body clean. There is a baffel in the intake manifold on 3 and 4. I wonder if it was removed would it improve performance?

I removed the butterfly from the trottle body on my 1KZT diesel and there is an improvement in performance. There's more tourqe at lower revs and quicker acceleration. I the tubro is spolling up faster, which is giving more power at lower revs. Very happy with the results Thanks Tony C for the tip.

Got the Philips Led Ultinon Pro 6000 w21/5w stop and tail bulbs from Amazon and not happy with them. Their not as bright as the tungsten bulbs and color is more pinkish than bright red.

Watched Carlos Sainz Snr Dakar documentary on Rad Bull tv his Audi 4x4 had slotted discs, on holes! Some say disc with holes will crack. I have drilled and slotted on my 120 for 6 years no cracks.

My AFN bumper came with side and indicator combined led unit made by Depo. I wired into existing loom without resitors, they burnt out after 3 month's. Haven't fixed them yet!!

Thanks Karl and Tractionman, great info. Are the Samsung w5w side light size bulb or the larger stop/tail size? My jeep is an 05 GXL Aussie import. It has three of the larger capsule bulbs in the rear light assembly. No rear bumper fog lights and no headlight adjustment.

Could you swap in coil springs and seats instead of air bags. Maybe from a breakers yard, rather than buying new parts.

I have an Aussie 2005 120 with KZ TE engine and a 5 speed R150F gear box. 1KD-FTV is mated to the 6 speed RA61F gearbox.

Check out AFN in Portugal. They make steel bumpers for a range of 4X4's. I bought one direct from them 3 years ago.
