I'm not sure myself Karl, however I'm not sure that its feasible to buy these and ship them over. Pallet freight which I checked this morning is the same price as the wheels so I'm going to bow out if that's ok with you?

hello shayne, i see you mentioned that 80 series alloys willl offer similar effect to spacers? are the collie alloys not a zero offset also? and how much wider would 80 series alloys sit out over standard 90 alloys?

+1 for france and Italy in August, catching the ferry over to Cherbourg on the 6th and going down via Luxembourg , Germany, Switzerland for the alps, have 1 month to spend touring!! Will keep an eye on this thread for must haves, it's our first proper trip away in the cruiser!

hello all, i'm considering changing my wheels on the 90 series, currently the original 5 spoke alloys, looking to stay with alloys and a negative offset of between -20 to -30 would suit, anyone have any suggestions or pictures of what they have on? cheers

oostsco had a quick look at the advert and i think they have made a typo, the title says gx but it has vx on the doors! if its a vx id imagine it has the air suspension and it should have the air suspension buttons on the centre consol.....? open to correction tho....

ok sorry for the delay in updating this thread but the good news is im fixed and back in action! I took the transfer box off and by taking the rear casing off we could see a split in the planetary carrier.... so next thing was to drop it into a gearbox specialists to get a prognosis on how...

Did a bit turning of the wheel backwards and then... It started freely spinning forward, kept it up, backwards and forwards and then it threw in the stop again, it was making other noises intermittently nearly as if I could here the chain turning or a rough bearing from the transfer case...

Checked that distance Andy and it measures just shy of 38 cms so with the extra weight of a winch and deep cycle battery it should drop and inch or two.... Not panicking about it now! Cheers for the input!

Hey dan I had this issue a few months back and bought in rear studs from Toyota for the front, they still ended up a little shy when tightened up but was happy with the amount of thread covered and all is fine! Toyota studs approx €4.50-5.00

I think you could be right Andy, unsure whether I would swap them out as il prob fit a winch in the next few months.... However for now and if I didn't fit a winch would they be ok to leave alone? Il have to check the box for model number of the ome shocks but I'm sure they were the 50-110kgs to allow for winch And bumper which is on, no winch fitted yet.... I can't see adding a winch taking the front down alot as it seems quite stiff as is....
