I just gave them a call to leave a message. Well the guy answered the phone and I'm going to arrange an appointment on Monday. He says to book it in for a date and he'll complete the work on the day as I'm driving so far. You can't say fairer than that . Ill let you and others on the Forum know how I get on

Hi ,yes I did contact them and I have been very busy between work and being away since then . But I plan making a date with them when I return in April. They said they'll sort the problem within the day but only promise that the front ac will work which is fine by me . I'll hope to keep you posted
