120 lc4...Replacement seat foam

My 140K mile driver's seat base it getting a bit tired: compared to the passenger seat it's very soft.

Has anyone replaced theirs? I've done a quick google search, with little success. I'm guessing it's a purchaseable item from toyota though.

Failing that, are seat foams 'handed' l/r? is a swap a viable option?

Can you pickup one from a breaker?

I suppose I could, but I can't see a breakers letting me have just the foam out of a low milage seat...

How about the whole seat?
Or get to seat fixed by reappolster?

Toyota will sell all of the foam sections, they still do for the 80 anyway.
