Welcome along Sharky - you look like you're from down under with a bull bar like that

Thanks Gav yeah I kind of need it where I live, I'm out in a country town and travel to the outer suburbs for work and there is lots of wildlife around, Roos, Wombats etc. I know it does'nt help them, but its a bit of protection for me.

Hi and welcome aboard

Nice looking 80 you have there

Thanks Ecoman I'm pretty happy with it so far. Got lots to do to it.

 Yeah the want list grow but the wallet says no

Nice 80

What kind of mileage are you getting on LPG?

Could you post a few pics of your tyre carrier? I'm interested in how it mounts to the chassis seeing as your still running the stock rear bumper.

Thanks Ryan, I'm getting around the 335km mark for 76litres of lpg. I reckon it would get another 40k or more if I just hoped on the highway and didnt stop but have'nt had the oppertunity to do that yet. I will get ya some pics of the wheel carrier but might take me a couple of days mate. Its a Kaymar brand and are fairly expensive here in OZ. I think they're around $1100 Aus and thats not fitted. They're a great wheel carrier as you said there is no need to change the back bumper. They come standard (I think) with the capability of sliding some square tube in for a rear light, the fitting is already there for it. I'll get ya some pics as soon as I can.

Cheers
Steve

Nice. I like the addition of a flagpole at the front.

I thought that was to make sure you didn't drive into any low bridges when following your SatNav!
