1991 Land Cruiser for $4k. should I buy it?

i came across a 1991 Cruiser with 148k "original" miles for $4,000. Body and interior is decent considering the age. Have yet to test drive it, though. Does the price sound right assuming its in decent condition mechanically, and is this a good daily driver?
