1HD-FT manual

Hi Guys, Does anyone know if the Engine Manual for the 1HD-FT is located anywhere on the site? I've searched Resources but can only see copies of the 1HD-T and 1HD-FTE manuals.
I did source a copy of the 1HD-FT manual a few years ago, but for the life of me, I've looked everywhere and just can't find the flaming thing!...... although the wife would probably just say "it's because you've done a 'Bloke Look'!!..... and probably true!
