1KZ-TE High Speed Cruise Hiccups & High RPM Shifting AutoTransmission

Hii everyonee i have a slight problem with my 1KZ-TE 90 Prado, When cruising at high speed the car hiccups like it loses power for a second and its back and sometimes it shifts at high RPM, Tried a lot of things like changing the Diesel Filter, Servicing the transmission, Servicing the ECU but the problem is still there and I'm not sure where the issue is. I don't think its the ECU or Transmission. Hope someone could help me. Thankss

Does it happen every time? Can you leave diagnostics (techstream?) plugged in and recording when it does it? See if the fuel pressure drops maybe?

Yeah, it happens every time I drive at high speeds and it sometimes blows black smoke during idle and low RPM.

The ECU is only as good as the sensors that feed it info .
