? 2002 TLC USA - torque in ft/lb for passenger seat bolts?

Simple question. I have not been able to find the correct torque setting for the bolts when reattaching/reinstalling the Passenger seat in my USA spec - 2002 TLC 100 Series. I will adequately tighten if I cannot find the factory torque setting.
However, I was able to find the factory spec when I owned an older Camry, but for some reason can't find the correct torque for the TLC.

into the body, I presume will be 27 ft lbs. That is "seat adjuster" in other words, "seat frame to body."
