3.4 V6 : Timing belt and water pump replacement

I need to replace the timing belt on my 3.4V6 at the next service and along with it was going to change the radiator, top/bottom hoses and fill with new (red) coolant. I've already sourced these items but was wondering whether I should change the water pump too, while I'm at it?

The truck has done almost 137k miles and will be nearer 140k by the time I service it. AFAIK the water pump doesn't leak ....

If I should change it, is it available anywhere other than from Toyota dealers?
