60 restoration update

Well it’s taken longer than expected but don’t they all but I’m pleased with the results as I now have zero rust in this car !!

Fantastic, it's nice to see one having a new lease on life, I've had three 60's in the past and loved every one, the last one was a very nice unmolested example, it was grey and I miss that one, theres some photos on here somewhere of two of the 60's I had.

It’s at a friends so he does it for a living and he is gifted in what he can do a welder and a pair of snips , it will be too good when it’s finished for what I want it for lol

It will be the factory metallic grey with the gold and red side stripes

Nice one, my 72 bug hasn't moved much this year. Just got it running on all four cylinders then lockdown happened lol

Nice , dodge charger? I'm not to clued up on american muscle cars or is it MOPAR. Not sure lol.

I'm sure the V8 will have plenty presence about it. I used to own a monaro with the 5.7 LS1 which used to shake the car.

Yes it’s mopar , it’s a 69 super bee with a hemi and a manual trans , the LS1 ‘s are a cracking engine loads of potential

It was probably the best part about the monaro to be fair lol.
Look forward to seeing the progress on the cruiser, it's going to look great in the factory colour.
