75 Series Landcruiser Wipers not working

Just bought my 75 1992 model, wipers haven’t been working at all, replaced the fuse and as soon as I turned ignition it popped, this is happening repeatedly as I fit a new fuse, I ended up pulling the wiper motor plug off and giving it a good blow, water came out after my wash, then turned ignition on with a new fuse and the left wiper moved at normal speed however the right one didn’t. Another weird thing with this is that I don’t even have my wiper switch on, and it’s doing it as soon as I turn on the car. My current guess is that it’s getting stuck and then blowing again but I have tried it a few more times and it’s back to blowing the fuse straight away without even moving……. Any ideas on what to check or do, maybe someone has had the same issue????
