80 series front halfshaft

I need a front left halfshaft (the longer one) can be used as long as its a Toyota part.

yes i have tried stef and karl, karl has one but for double the price stef quoted me would like to see if there is a cheaper option before I commit. Stef mentioned that you can get new ones for £50 from somewhere but could not tell me any more, anyone know anything about this?

they dont make a after market halfshat/ driveshit. I had no look in finding one for my first truck when i needed one. Main dealer wanted 170plus vat for the long one and around 90 plus vat for the short one if i remember right.
