I know I keep mentioning this but have a look at the Allisport intercooler conversion, it's very good and the intercooler is the best I have seen, If you have a look at the pic's I put up here http://www.landcruiserclub.net/forums/showthread.php/44015-Meet-Thirsty you can see it insitue.

Yes, Allisport sounds like the best offer. Not with the nice finish and design of the Safari but on half the price of the Safari.
Honestly, i would like to see more rounded routing and avoiding of "angles" as the ones circled in red below, but i would like to believe that this is not affecting the work of the intercooler in a negative way:



Another great advantage that you have over there is that you can go to Andrew and have an onsite installation.

Something more interesting, as i am looking at your photos, Julian. Maybe this is discussed somewhere here, if so, please help with a link. I see that you resolved the EGR situation radically (complete removal?). I just blanked mine for now...
