82 or 76 degree thermostat?

Hi All,
Can i please ask which thermostat i should be fitting 82 or 76 degrees? also i can only find listings for the 82 on Milner/Roughtrax for my Collie? as always any help or advice much appreciated

Use the stat for the 120 series which operates at the lower temperature.

The lowest they have is a 71 degree stat. 90916-03121
