Hi Craig
would you be kind to explain as simple as possible what is that all
about:
Maartens transcooler, Sport turbo & intercooler, Rodney's Extreme II
Valvebody, 3.5" Flowmaster, Walbro 6065, Bilsteins, pyro, boost, pre
& post intercooler, & transtemp gauges?
is Maartens transcooler anything to do with the intercooler, what is
this 'sport' turbo and 'pre&post ' intercooler?
As long as I know LCHDJ100 has intercooler-is one of yours fitted in
that model.
Too much questions...and you said that you can install the
intercooler in Nederland(Julian also advised me there)
Did you do anything there?
Thanks in advance :)

Hi Lubomir,
Auto box oil cooler from Maarten at All American in the Netherlands.
Upgraded turbo and an intercooler kit - both also from Maarten.
Upgraded valve body for the auto box to improve shifting patterns and
also handle the extra power a bit better. From Rodney at
Autotransmissions in Aus.
Large bore exhaust to provide improved gas flow and better spin up time
for the turbo.
Pusher fuel pump to compensate for poor fuel flow a higher revs.
Suspension
Pyro measures exahust gas temperatures, handy for checking the
efficientcy of the fuel burn and to prevent over fuelling. Boost guage
is the turbo boost guage.
For measuring the temp of the auto box oil.

wow Julian
I just got numb!!!!!!!!!
Can you do all those things in Holand and how much might cost 'that
pleasure'?
But thanks for the answer :)

Two 19 row plate and fin oil coolers mounted between the chassis rails

Bigger compressor and different A/R ratio exhaust housing resulting in
faster spool up and more top end power. The intercooler is huge nearly
100% bigger in volume than the one Safari in Australia offer the duct
work is beautifully made a mixture of steel and Samco silicone. The
1HD-FT kit is made for trucks with EGR so it requires a slight mod for
trucks without EGR.

Shifts are firmed and fluid flow increased dramatically more than
doubles torque capacity.

And make sure the pump advance curve is as it should be especially at
high rpm.

Pre & post intercooler are temp probes before and after typically at
100km/h temp is 85-90?C pre and 27-30 post. At full throttle up a steep
hill pre may get upto 140-145 and post because it is a transient
response will not get over 45 given enough time at the high load I
suspect the post temp would rise further.
Cheers,
Craig.
