Acceleration Problem Land Cruiser 2009

Hi Guys,

I am presently using Land cruiser 2009, V6, Middle East spec model.
Around 140km/hr (appx) acceleration stops. Vehicle wont go after this speed if I rise accelerator.
If I continue to rise accelerator pedal down, vehicle will down shift and go further than 140km/hr (appx) without any problem.
Again when comeback to 140kmlhr (appx) its stops acceleration again.
I would like to know this problem.
Already I changed pedal sensor and cleaned carburetor, cleaned filters, but no use.
No error warning on display and no errors on electric checking.
Gear shifting is ok. Gear oil, engine oil & filter are new.
Expert opinion regarding this problem much more appreciated.

That’s 86mph, which is pretty fast for a heavy 4x4 wonder if it’s a standard speed limiter

Most of the time problem occurs at 140km/hr. But sometimes problem starts at 120km/hr as well. Speed limit 120+15(buffer)
