Hi,
We are now drawing up the final plans for this Sundays gathering.
In the next day or so I will be mailing out instructions for the day,
but in the meantime need to get a better idea of numbers.
We have sorted out a place to meet up in the morning around 10ish (I
will try to get there a little earlier to meet you all) and also
somewhere to meet for Lunch.
Please could you drop me a direct email to [Email address removed]
confirming that you are coming, and also please provide the following
info:
Your Name:
Mobile Number:
Expected Time Of Arrival:
(in case you might miss the 10am meeting time)
Number of Passengers:
(important for food numbers):
Type of Vehicle:
Vehicle Colour:
Registration Number:
Do you have Sat Nav with OS capabilities?:
Do you have any PMR radios that you could bring along?:
(If yes, how many)
Bearing in mind it will be a Sunday, the availability of lunch for
everyone may not be guaranteed, so if you would prefer to bring a pack
lunch giving you more time for playing, please let me know.
Also, if you are aiming for a pub lunch, do you have any particular
dietary requirements?
Have any of you seen any weather forecasts?
I look forward to hearing from you.

A quick addition to the plans:
Ideally we want to meet around 9.30ish.
The meeting point will be the Little Chef at Amesbury where the A303
(East/West) crosses the A345 (north/south).
If you are coming from London, best route would be M3 and then A303.
Coming from Devon area, come up the A303
We will split into two parties, one for the more adventurous and one
for people with stock LCs that don't want to cause any damage so please
don't panic about breaking you toy. The worst thing you will encounter
is lots of puddles and some mud that can easily be washed off.
More info to follow.

Julian
Just a quick note - although I won't be planning to do much off-roading
with you guys, mainly because of the exhaust and the CV Joints being
replaced at some point within the next two weeks, I am prepared to pop
along and meet up with you all.
Is this okay?
(I can't NOT bring my Beast, can I...?)
Cheers

Can I pop along and observe then? (in the more adventurous group)
Actually, it might be a good thing for me to get into someone elses car
and see what its driver is capable of doing, as it might be quite
educational for me, and i might learn some interesting and useful tips
although I'm not the best passenger around...But we can discuss this in
more length later.
