[ADMIN] Weekend Event (finally -)

Hi,
I am in preliminary stages of planning a weekend meetup for ELCO
members and would like a quick show of hands of who would be interested
in coming along and how many are likely to be in their party.
I have found a site in the West Midlands that provides camping
facilities, an off road course and plenty of local laning
possibilities.
At the moment we are looking at around ?50 per vehicle for the weekend
from Friday through to Sunday with that including something like a Hog
Roast or group barbie on the Saturday night.
The financial side isn't finalised, so please just take that as a rough
guide.
The camping side will be pretty basic sso you would need to be
relatively self contained. Tent and roof tents should be fine, there
may even be facilities to take a caravan along, but I need to recce the
site before I can confirm that.
At the moment proposed dates are either around the end of April or
later in September.
So how many of you would be interested in coming along? Please reply
to this message to give me a rough idea.

I would certainly be very interested but I would need to know a definite
date within the next two weeks. I'm committed to a lot of Saturdays between
April and September on cricketing duties and I've just submitted my
availability list to the ECB for the coming season; I can amend it before
the end of February but after that I'm committed barring illness or
accident.
Probably 2 + 2 if I do come along.
Pete

Quite possibly, depends on the date. It'll be me on my own, unless someone
needs a lift.

Regret that I'm away from 18th April for almost 2 weeks. Not sure what's
happening in Sept.

Pete, Julian et al
I'm off to the Sinai later in the year, hopefully, so I, nor l'beast will be
up for camping until at least August or September (or most likely, October)!
Good idea though! And it sounds very reasonably priced.
Cheers
