Hi Andy, new is preferable, I've phoned my local Toyota dealer and they have one for £324 AND I have to give them my old one in exchange!
I've tried RoughTrax and they are out of stock with no known date for restock.
I've sent Karl an email, hopefully he can come up with something.
Is 80Breaker still ok? not tried him yet
But if you know of anywhere else I can try please let me know

The 100 series ones are the same as the 80 just bigger amperage. Fitted one no issues. Only thing would be check if the plug is the same. All else fits like a glove being same casing and size.

Do you have anyone local who can rebuild the one you have? The guy local to me here in north wales normally turns around starters and alternators the same day.

Try opie oils that’s where I got mine, good discount too

I have rebuilt mine using a new brush pack and a new regulator.
Parts are only around £50.
Very easy to do.
