Any ideas?

Hi, had my d4d 3.0 for two weeks now, had a starting problem intermittently. Cold start is fine, warm start mostly fine. Every so often after being off for an hour to hour and half it cranks but won't start for 4-10 key turns. No smoke, runs great, started two times we had minus degree mornings. I don't know what it could be? Anyone have any ideas? I'm having to open it with key as it didn't come with remote key, only key without remote locking on it. Doesn't seem to have any other symptoms or times it won't start just, it seems, when it's not up to temp or totally cold but just warmish.
