Just fitted an ARB compressor to the 80 today. Had to fabricate a bracket first before i could do anything, so here's a few pics.

That's neat Andy, very professional looking

I bolted mine direct to the wheel-arch, but it doesn't look as "factory" as yours.

Exactly where I put mine only I bought the double. Very tidy indeed. Well done.

Cheers guys. I would have liked the double one Chris but the price was a little too painful for me specially as this one was sat on a shelf in the garage waiting to go in the Defender.

Expensive. Oh I hardly noticed :eusa-whistle: :eusa-liar:

Sometimes the right solution isn't just what you need, it's what works. I could have gone with a T Max in the boot but it wasn't the answer hence spending a ridiculous amount on the ARB to go under the bonnet.

The single has worked well for me so far.

It is painfully slow from an empty tyre start, but it's worth getting a straight-through valve connection for a more rapid inflation. It means you can clip it on the valve and go and make a cuppa.

When close to full pressure, I then swap it for the gauge unit for the last pound or two...

For regular air-down and reinflate, it's ok as long as you're not in too much of a hurry.
