auto box oil and filter

Hi everyone, our LC is on 160k, should I be thinking of an auto box oil and filter change, if so any one got any tips for a DIY job, oil type and where to purchase filter for example.

I did this on my 120, i got all the bits from rough traxs using genuine parts.

The bolts that hold the sump on are made of chocolate so give them a soak before attempting, and some of the bolts are tight to get at. be prepared when you free the sump for a couple more litres to be hiding in it.
i adapted a garden spayer to put the oil back in afterwards. the oil isnt cheap either. being the WS spec.

@Timbo2 any symptoms? Or are you considering this purely on milage ?
