Auto Transmission Gear shift Delay

Hi everyone lately I have been having this issue with upshifting of my gears in my HDJ81. It's an automatic transmission..wondering if it's the clutch issue or valve body. Please help me with your advice..

Hi Fetu,
I'm unsure which auto box you have but, it would be worth first off checking the oil level and also checking its colour. It should be nice and red.
It could be a good oil change and pick up filter will sort it or it could be a solenoid sticking or not working. A lot depends on which box you have, Hydraulic or full auto?
Do you have an overdrive button on the gearshift lever?

Thanks Michael. I will take your advice into consideration. Just to be specific, the shift Delay usually occurs between 2nd and 3rd gear in colder hours..
