BJ 44 From Texas

Morning, happy to find this group. Recently bought a 1980 BJ 44 pretty good condition, 55k miles, had to replace knuckles, some frame repair, new brakes, clutch lines, hoses fluid service etc, but overall in great shape. Original interior in great shape, exterior some respray but primarily original, new suspension etc. I'm new to Land Cruisers so I can't offer much other than answer some questions about what I have.

Welcome to the forum Keith, just in time for Santa too. Whereabouts in Texas are you? My brother lives in North Dallas, and his wife works for Toyota in Plano where they make all the Tundras and Tacomas.. she has promised me a good loan car when I get over to visit! Great to see a solid old truck still on the road, its a nice looking example you have.

Hey Bob, I'm in Dallas, Royal and Inwood area. I'll take some pictures of the interior when I get her back from Mike. Getting some suspension work done and replacing the door seals.
