BJ73 restoration in Australia

Hi Guys,

I am helping my son restore a 1985 BJ73 Midwheelbase (Diesel 3B) in North Queensland, Australia and I'm interested in Australian Parts suppliers. If you have any trusted suppliers/suggestions I would be grateful.
We are looking for a few body parts like rubbers etc that seem quite old and jaded, possibly a floor carpet or preferably plastic as the car will hopefully be living in the Territory with my son as soon as we can get the project on the road. We are replacing angine head/seals/flexible lines and need to patch some rust. Also l;ooking for rear sliding window frames.

Hi Darryl,

I'm on an Australian FB page for 40s and they seem to rate Mr Landcruiser. May be worth a search as I doubt that he makes a living just supplying 40 series parts and his name would suggest he covers more. i don't live in Australia so have never used him but I've never seen any complaints about him or his service.
