Hi all,
Last weekend Battered and Blue and myself did a 1.5" body lift on my LWB prado Auto, everything seems OK other than the position of both gear levers, the low ratio gear lever now vibrates on the plastic surround tray, which after taking a look underneath appears to be a relatively simple fix by shortening the linkage, however the main gear stick reads that you're in a different gear on the panel at the side of the lever to that of the actual gear as on the display within the dash, eg when the gear stick says you're in N you are actually in drive, has anyone else had and over come this issue ?

Thanks,
Nick

Return to base for warranty fix, Nick. I have cleared space on the drive!

Well that was an easy fix!
The main gear lever is adjustable from underneath with a 12mm spanner, time taken 2 mins :)
The low ratio gear lever that caught on the console was also an easy fix for a north Derbyshire bloke (not sure how others will manage though) took a bit of good ewd elbow grease and bent it forward maybe 5mm, jobs a good un :D
Many thanks to Chris at base camp zero ;)

Nick.
