Long time no post!

Got into my uber reliable and trusty truck this morning and the exploration gauges mounted on top of the dash (standard fit Colorado VX equipment) didn't come on - no backlights, no indicators (temperature, orienation, tilt/roll) - I quickly checked the fuses, but didn't see anything obviously blown (I'll pull them and check with a multimeter later). Has anyone encountered this before?

TIA

There are two fuses that feed the meter;

1) The dome fuse in the fuse box in the engine bay
2) The gauge fuse in the passenger footwell fusebox

If both of them are ok, check voltage at the unit it self, if the there is voltage....your need a new one. The top two cables on their own are the ones you want to check on the connector for the meter.

Well, somewhat strangely, I got into it after work last night, and it all came on - so I think it's a dodgy connection rather than a fuse that's the issue, but it's the first time it's done it - I think I shall keep an eye on it...
