Brake problem

Kinda sounds like a master brake cylinder problem!
Hope not as can be expensive - happened on mine.

Subject: [ELCO] Brake problem
Changed all the brake pads on the 80 today, took it for a test run and the
brake pedal goes straight to the floor! There is braking but not much, and
there is back pressure on the pedal, but it still goes to the floor.
Now, I didn't disconnect any hoses, there are no leaks that I can see and
the brakes were working perfectly before I changed the pads. So why does it
now seem that there is a huge amount of air in the system?
I shall get an ezibleed tomorrow and flush the fluid through as it looks a
bit dark anyway but I'm just intrigued as to why it happened.
Any thoughts?

I would have a good check round to make sure you haven't damaged
anything as well - especially piston seals when you pushed them back in
- but would've thought you'd see a leak.

I've had that a couple of times after a pad change, goes away after a
little use, hope it's that simple for you.
Best regards,
Jon.
