Hi Guys
I was just wondering what would I do if and it has never happened, but if I
ran out of diesel to the point that the cruiser stopped what would I have
done other than fell like a right gob shit, could I just put diesel in the
tank and away I go. I was also thinking is there info on break downs, or
common causes of break downs to be had some where.

John,
If you run out of diesel, other than feeling "like a right gob shit",
you have to put diesel in the tank . The former is a mattter of
personality trait, the latter is mechanical necessity - cars run on
fuel :)
As for the causes of breakdows, bulleting boards were created for
users to exchange info on all the imaginable breakdowns. Performance
between breakdows is usually limited to banter.

Hi John,
No, you would need to prime the fuel pump using the small pump button
on top of the fuel filter.

Julian,
I guess you're right. I forgot that I have a pusher pump so I never
had to worry as the fuel system primes itself. I happende to me a few
times when I forgot to switch tanks.
