At the risk of asking the obvious, are you after a secondhand or a new one?
If you want a new one, TBR, OEC, Devon 4x4, West Coast 4x4 etc. will gladly exchange a sackful of your cash for a shiny new one

Sorry should have said, second hand & it needs to be a wrap round one, it really is to protect the front when launching a balloon, sometimes they can be blown against the front of the tether vehicle ie the Lc
