Oh the guys this is the sad tail. Well I go see my friend who have
garage and we take off my cylinders head. Alll is look good EXCEPT
there is some play wiggling pistons around in boring. THey wiggle up
and down and left or right. They is some worn off areas of X-honing
(de-glacage) but they is not on left and right, they are frong and
back! Go to explain that yourself, x-honing worn shiney on back of
boring but not on sides where you expecte to see is some worn with
time.
So the guys I have some big pistone slapping that makes those scarey
noises, for that I take engine apart and find this bad news. We can do
two thing:
1. Put out pistons, examine them axes closely, make new boring and
X-honing at machinist, buy and put new biggest pistons, make cylindre
head all new by machiniste guy, put all back together, hope we did all
correct not like drunk monkeys.
2. Buy brand new block-rodded (short rod?) from Toyota seller for
+4000Euros, make cylindre head all new by machiniste guy, put all back
together, hope we did all correct not like drunk monkeys. Oh the guys
they make thme new origine Toyota block-rodded now in Belgique not in
Japon! I wanted to see little Japon guys in white coats like in the
publications about Toyota qualit=E9. So instead some Belge guys with
there beer and frites. Euope uber alles.
Oh then consider the butt cheeks come toujours in two, the turbo is
also show play on input side I wiggling it with our fingers and oh you
can so feel it play, so we think to ourself is stupide to mount up all
new motor with slopping turbo. Voila some more hundreds Euros going
away.
Voila today I not even look at my banque manager from shame, she will
ongulate me when I pay for this all.
Whaat you think the guys? Fix up my block-motor or buy brank new
block-rodded from Toyota Yaris pimple young pieces guys?
