.... and the next question is:
Anyone know where you can get a kitchen in a box? I'm after something that
is self-contained and packs easy, like the things built into off-road
trailers, but then for storing in the vehicle.
I found this in Oz:

which looks great but might be hard to get hold of, and this in Portsmouth

which looks ok but maybe a bit small/lightweight for longer trips. I'm going
