A bit late in to the thread, just trying to catch up on messages.
Travelling with the wife and three children I have been considering the
trailer route, will certainly have to go that route if we bang out a
forth ;-)
I looked at the prebuilt ones, but they are prohibitively expensive, so
have been looking at going down the route of either building a new one
from scratch or converting an existing one.
LR owners can go down the route of converting ex-military Shankey
trailers, for LCs one of the better ones are the US 416 trailers -
which is good and robust, the right sort of size and it's pretty easy
to adapt the axles to take LC wheels.
I've got a stck of links on the subject if anyone is interested in
going down the DIY route.
