...that came attached to my T-Max compressor as I'd like to buy some additional ones but I don't seem to be able to find anything that looks like these...........

Those are just standard air hose connectors aren't they? Shiny ones, yes, but just air-hose connectors nonetheless?

Standard fittings are much longer. I sometimes use tools with very similar fittings to these at work but after speaking to the boss he says apparently all the gear that utilises them comes from Germany. He and everyone else I've spoken to say they've never seen them anywhere else in this country :( sorry.

Jim.

So if they're that much of a schlep - chop them off and replace with standard ones for uniformity?

Where is TMax made? Could it be an Aussie standard?

Nail on head  They are an Ozzy standard compressed air fitting  Shame as they are not bad quality but I do want to make myself up a 5meter hose so unless I can get what I need in the Ozzy style I'll have to cut the lot off & replace them with some PCL standard ones :violin:

Would it not be easier to make the power lead longer

Ah well you see I've bought me one of these http://www.pclairtechnology.com/Product ... oductId=54 as the gauge that the T-max comes with is nasty & I need an 1/4" BSP adaptor for this & I've also bought an extra 5 meter long hose that I need a couple of adaptors for & I'm thinking of buying an air nozzel thingy that I'll also need a fitting for :)

No :(

I have the older version of yours i think, i will bring it into work as our pipe supplier has a great rep who is a guru on that stuff, might be worth looking into changing the output on the compressor to something more common.

Great  It would be a shame to have to change & bin what appears to be good quality items just because I can't get a couple of spares :)

I have looked into getting it all changed to the PCL range :) Maybe I should do that & then sell my Ozzy Nitto fitting on the bay to someone else with a T-Max that wishes to expand their accessorys :)
