Hi,
2013 Land Cruiser 150 series LC5
Because of the size of my 18" (265/60 R18) wheels I am limited to what AT tyres I can buy, is it possible to change them for 17" (265/65 R17) or even 16" (265/70 R16) without interfering with the brake calipers, so I can increase the range of tyres available to me?
I may not have the tyre ratios exactly right, bit of a guess.

I use both 17” standard Toyota alloys and 16” Landcruiser Colorado alloys on my 2013 Hilux no problem
Not sure if the 150 has larger callipers than Hilux of same age though

I don't think you can go 16" rims on a 150 due to fouling on the calipers (front only?)

I think the Australians has said that they got 17x7.5" +15 to fit.
The LC5 has KDSS I think and this is where the problem lies, not the calipers. At the moment I'm running 265/65r18 and I'm happy with them.

Thank you I will look into it to see if I can use Colorado alloys on mine.

Thank you I will look into 17" rims to see if there is enough clearance I wondered if 16" would be too small

What tyres are you using? I fancy some BF Goodrich K02, but they are quite exspensive.

I have the Yokohama G015 on at the moment and they been good so far. I might change to something else next time just to have something to compare with.

You can go down to a 17" . The FJ cruiser wheels with the +15 offset work on KDSS equipped vehicles. I will be doing the same shortly. I have heard of from 0 to +15 offset working.
