Help. Currently on holidays and diff lock was playing up. Found the actuator was sticky on the centre diff. Took the cover off to try and free up and dropped the gears. I have now read the actuator needs to be timed? Anyone had this drama and what was the cost of the remedy. Note: nothing is broken, all gears are back in place. Made sure the diff was disengaged and removed the plug to make sure if wouldn’t try to engage.
